Mianyang Special Education School Construction Progress
The project's groundbreaking took place in October 2009 followed by foundation work in November 2009. The concrete foundation along with the concrete tower is finished. Wood frame construction of all the buildings is complete. The sprinkler system, water, and electricity are installed. Landscaping work is currently underway. The school is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2010. [more]

This September, the Xiang'e Primary School in Dujiangyan of Sichuan Province, one of the hardest-hit areas, opened to 370 children.
